The E3 ENGINE is an AI anomaly detection engine for visual inspection that learns only from images of good products and quantifies the deviation from good products for judgment. The judgment results are returned as three values: OK / Human_Check / NG. Areas where judgment is unclear are sent back to humans, allowing for a reduction in the burden on inspectors while maintaining numerical criteria for evaluation rather than relying entirely on AI. Even at a stage where defective product samples have not been collected, PoC can be started from good product images. By combining it with the unique 3D imaging technology "FORESIGHT STEREO," it can also evaluate defects such as scratches on glossy surfaces that are difficult to capture under normal lighting. Adding and updating product varieties is also easy.
